The brief
A content creator has a collection of raw clips that need to become scroll-stopping YouTube Shorts. Each final cut runs under 60 seconds, vertical 9:16, opens strong and keeps viewers hooked. You'll receive the footage, a reference style and the brand hex codes; you deliver the final MP4s plus the project files.
What you'll do
- Cut raw footage into vertical 9:16 Shorts under 60 seconds, meeting Shorts specs (4K or crisp 1080p)
- Build engaging edits with jump cuts, zooms and quick transitions, without over-processing
- Add on-brand motion graphics and burned-in captions styled to the brand colours
- Do light colour correction and audio sweetening
- Add royalty-free background music
- Deliver final MP4s plus Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve project files
What we're looking for
- Proven short-form / YouTube Shorts editing experience
- Confidence in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- At least three sample edits that show your editing flair
- A short note on your Shorts experience
