The brief
A YouTube creator in the data engineering and tech niche needs an editor to add the polish layer to mostly talking-head videos. The creator already handles the cutting and pacing — your job is the graphics and engagement layer: 2D text animation, text graphics, visual effects and well-placed B-roll. The style should stay clean and understated, suited to tech and educational content.
What you'll do
- Add text graphics and 2D text animation to cut, paced videos
- Layer in visual effects and relevant B-roll
- Keep the look clean and not over-the-top, matching a tech/educational audience
- Deliver at least 4 videos a month on a recurring basis
What we're looking for
- Strong 2D text animation and motion-graphics skills
- Experience with engagement/graphics editing and B-roll insertion
- A restrained, professional style that fits educational content
- Reliability on a recurring monthly schedule
