We're hiring a reliable short-form editor for ongoing, part-time work with a steady flow of clips. This is practical editing rather than flashy creative work: cut clips to length, add subtitles, remove pauses and mistakes, and assemble clean, simple edits from footage we provide. Each task comes with a brief, a target length and style examples. What you'll do: - Import footage and cut it to the agreed length - Remove pauses and repeated takes for a tight result - Add accurate subtitles and simple captions - Follow a style guide for fonts, colours and subtitle timing - Export in the specified format and keep project files organized What we're looking for: - Clean cuts and accurate subtitles - Attention to detail in timing and formatting - Comfort with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or a similar tool - Reliability, early communication and met deadlines - The habit of asking when a brief is unclear rather than guessing How it works: The client reviews your first few videos and gives feedback to get you up to speed, then keeps a steady stream of work coming.
