Senior Short-Form Video Editor — Remote Contract (LATAM)

A remote-first, global creative-services agency is hiring a senior Video Editor based in Latin America to produce short-form video optimised for digital and social channels. You'll own the editing pipeline end to end — from ingest to final delivery — and collaborate with creatives, strategists and marketers to craft compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed. What you'll do - Edit high-impact short-form video optimised for digital and social platforms - Own your editing pipeline from ingest through to final delivery - Research post-production trends across digital and social - Contribute creative direction on briefs - Manage files and versions carefully across multiple parallel projects What we're looking for - 2+ years creating high-quality video edits, ideally with some on-set experience - A strong showreel of high-impact short-form work - Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects a plus) - A solid grasp of content specs, exports and best practices across platforms - A strong sense of narrative structure, pacing and emotional storytelling - Excellent organisation, file management and version control - Comfortable juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines - Bonus: motion graphics / After Effects, copywriting, AI How it works - Apply through iince with your showreel.
