Senior Motion Designer - Brand Studio (Full-Time, Remote Worldwide)

An established, all-remote software company (US-based, with a global team) is hiring a Senior Motion Designer for its in-house Brand Studio. This is a hands-on animation and editing role: you'll turn UI frames and brand briefs into polished product demo animations, feature explainers and short video snippets for paid-social testing, and you'll help build the company's motion design language so other teams can ship on-brand motion on their own. What you'll do: - Design and produce motion across product explainers, website animations, paid-social video snippets, keynote/event motion and campaign assets - Turn UI frames into clean, convincing product demo animations - Build reusable systems: mogrts files, component libraries and motion guidelines - Shape motion and sound together, with strong timing, easing and narrative pacing - Draft simple storyboards to move fast, and create a scalable template for recurring product videos What we're looking for: - Senior-level, hands-on motion design: timing, easing, personality and story (setup, tension, resolution) - Strong After Effects skills (including mogrts) and comfort with tools like Figma Motion and Jitter - Systems thinking - you build libraries and guidelines others can reuse - A good sense of sound and rhythm, and comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving work - Experience using AI/video tools as part of your production practice How it works: - Full-time, ongoing, fully remote (open almost anywhere, with a few countries excluded) - You'll collaborate across marketing, product design, web and social, and partner with external agencies on larger productions - Apply through iince; we review every application and, when you're a strong fit, introduce you directly to the client (the hiring process includes a few in-depth, interview-style questions)
