We're hiring a dependable short-form editor to turn regularly-shot vertical footage into polished Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The look is clean and professional — sharp cuts and tidy timing, not heavy glitch effects. Every piece needs on-screen captions styled to the brand so viewers can follow on mute. What you'll do: - Trim, arrange and pace raw clips into 30-60 second vertical stories - Add unobtrusive transitions and synced, burned-in captions - Match captions to brand fonts and colours - Apply light color correction, subtle motion graphics or background music when asked - Export 1080x1920 H.264 plus a separate .srt file, upload-ready What we're looking for: - Clean, professional short-form editing with sharp cuts and tidy timing - Accurate, brand-matched burned-in captions - A strong sense of 30-60 second pacing and storytelling - Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar - A consistent ~48-hour-per-video turnaround How it works: You'll receive raw clips, brand guidelines and a rough script in a shared Drive folder, and return the finished vertical video with its .srt. Turnaround is generally 48 hours per video. The engagement begins with a paid test reel. Apply through iince — we review every application and, when you're a good fit, introduce you to the client.
