Cinematic Instagram Reel Editor — Premiere Pro & After Effects (Remote)

We're hiring on behalf of a technology founder building a personal brand (India market). The job: take a single-camera, roughly 35-40 second talking-head monologue and craft it into a premium, cinematic, high-retention Instagram Reel that also works for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn. This is hand-crafted editing — no AI-generated video, images, avatars, voiceover or scenes. What you'll do: - Build storytelling-driven cuts from a single talking-head clip - Create custom motion graphics: kinetic typography, compositing, tracking and masking - Select cinematic B-roll that supports the narrative - Add accurate, animated Hinglish (Hindi-English) subtitles - Reframe the camera, color correct and apply a cinematic grade - Produce professional sound design and a clean audio mix - Deliver a watermark-free 1080x1920 MP4 plus editable project files What we're looking for: - Proven high-end short-form / Reels editing, especially founder storytelling - Strong After Effects motion graphics skills - Comfort in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve - The ability to produce accurate animated Hinglish captions - A commitment to 100% human-made work (no AI content) How it works: Turnaround is roughly 3-4 days per video, with two revision rounds and licensed music/stock supplied with license details.
