Remote Interview Transcription - ~7 Hours of Multi-Speaker Recordings (English)

A client needs around 10 interview recordings - just under 7 hours combined - transcribed to text. The interviews were conducted in English over Microsoft Teams and recorded as video, each with four participants: a candidate and a three-person panel. Participant names appear on screen, which makes speaker identification easier. The recordings are shared as private video links, with access arranged for the chosen contributor. What you'll do - Produce accurate, clean verbatim transcripts of everything said - Identify each speaker by their actual on-screen name and keep it consistent throughout - Capture both the panel's questions and the candidate's answers - Add timestamps roughly every 2-5 minutes - Proofread your work and clearly flag any unclear sections - Deliver a separate Microsoft Word document for each recording What we're looking for - Strong English comprehension and accurate transcription skills - Experience transcribing multi-speaker (four-person) interviews - A short sample transcription before the full project is awarded How it works Turnaround is flexible - around 7-14 days, with no urgent deadline.
