Shopify Solution Architect — Enterprise E-commerce (Remote, US)

A Shopify Plus and Salesforce Commerce Cloud partner agency (US) is hiring an experienced Shopify Solutions Architect to help enterprise brands plan, architect and execute complex Shopify implementations and replatforms. This is not a purely advisory role — you'll lead technical client conversations, join sales and discovery, design the solution and the surrounding systems, and stay hands-on when needed. What you'll do - Architect and execute complex Shopify implementations and replatforms - Lead technical conversations with enterprise clients and support sales/discovery - Design Shopify architecture and integrations with ERP, OMS, PIM, inventory/fulfillment and marketing platforms - Identify requirements and risks across existing enterprise commerce ecosystems - Remain hands-on in delivery when the project calls for it What we're looking for - Deep experience architecting and delivering complex Shopify builds and replatforms - Confidence leading enterprise client and sales conversations - Strong grasp of the wider commerce stack (ERP, OMS, PIM, marketing) - A builder's mindset, not advisory-only How it works This is a full-time, remote role for US residents, with 35-40 hour weeks and flexible scheduling; benefits include medical, dental and vision, a retirement match, paid time off and a company laptop.
