Shopify Checkout Repair Specialist — Fix a Broken Checkout (Remote)

A Shopify store owner has a broken checkout: customers reach the cart but can never complete an order, and sales have been zero for about a month after an outside team edited the site. We need someone to find the cause — a theme edit, an app conflict, or a payment-gateway issue — and get live transactions working again on both desktop and mobile. What you'll do - Run a full end-to-end test purchase, from product page to order-confirmation email, on desktop and mobile - Pinpoint exactly where the flow breaks and fix it - Resolve theme/Liquid, app-conflict, payment-gateway or shipping issues as needed - Document every change you make - Prove the fix with a real test order (and refund) on both devices, plus a root-cause summary What we're looking for - Strong Shopify theme and Liquid debugging skills - Checkout, payment-gateway and app-conflict troubleshooting experience - Careful end-to-end QA on desktop and mobile - Fluent English (Filipino is a plus) How it works You'll get collaborator access and the store URL once engaged.
