The brief

An established UK supplier of refurbished computers and AV equipment is completing its Shopify catalogue after selling mainly on a large marketplace. They need a specialist to reconcile roughly 1,080 marketplace SKUs against Linnworks records and Shopify variants, finish the remaining ~167 unmatched Shopify listings, fix image galleries, and verify that Linnworks-to-Shopify stock sync keeps customer-facing availability accurate. This is practical catalogue completion and integration work on a live store — not a design rebuild. What you'll do - Audit and reconcile product data across Linnworks, Shopify and the marketplace (SKU mapping, duplicates, omissions) - Complete and correct the remaining Shopify listings and variants without wholesale rebuilds - Fix image galleries and product content - Configure and verify stock sync: stock-source, tracking, overselling controls and marketplace fulfilment stock - QA live storefront availability and hand over documentation What we're looking for - Deep Linnworks, Shopify and marketplace (Amazon) experience - Cross-channel catalogue/data reconciliation skills - Careful, controlled changes that are recoverable (no mass deletion or rebuild without approval) - Inventory/stock-sync configuration and QA How it works The project runs in four agreed stages: (1) audit — confirmed scope, discrepancy list and prioritised plan; (2) master data — corrected Linnworks content and galleries; (3) Shopify completion — missing listings and variants added, issues fixed; (4) verification and handover — documented stock-sync and storefront checks plus a maintenance procedure. Changes must be controlled and recoverable (no mass deletion or rebuild without approval). In your proposal, include relevant Linnworks/Shopify/marketplace examples, your method, the access you'd need, timescales and milestones, pricing (with a discovery stage), and post-completion support.
