The brief

A UK founder (Scotland-based) is launching a group of brands — starting with a property-tech (proptech) tool, followed by coffee, clothing, and insurance products — and wants a social media all-rounder to manage them and genuinely "get them out there." The heart of the role is turning the founder's direction and raw material into LinkedIn posts, short phone videos, and simple graphics (mostly posted from the founder's profile), then reporting on what works. It's a hands-on organic social role with light paid-test and website-tweak extras. What you'll do - Produce a weekly cadence of LinkedIn posts, short vertical videos, and simple graphics - Turn the founder's direction and raw material into finished, on-brand content - Spot what's working, double down on it, and drop what isn't - Run small, client-funded paid tests on LinkedIn and Meta - Make small website content fixes and help launch each new brand - Send a short weekly note: what went out, what it did, what's next What we're looking for - UK-based, with a track record growing B2B accounts on LinkedIn (property, construction, or professional services a bonus) - Comfortable switching between B2B and consumer brands - Plain, sharp UK English; decent graphics and short vertical video editing - Comfort in website builders (Lovable, Shopify, Webflow, or similar) and SEO basics - A proactive owner's mindset — you bring ideas, not just task execution How it works It starts with a paid two-week trial, then an ongoing arrangement that grows as more brands launch; the client is open to a day rate, a retainer, or a mix. Success is measured in trials and sign-ups, not just likes. To apply, share a B2B example you're proud of (with numbers), a sample LinkedIn post, a first-two-weeks plan, and your rate and availability. Apply through iince.
