Senior Social Media Specialist — Cybersecurity Brand (Remote, US/Canada)

An established cybersecurity and identity-security brand, serving well over a hundred thousand business customers, is hiring a Senior Social Media Specialist to help shape its global social presence. You'll own day-to-day publishing, engagement and moderation across every key channel, and translate complex security topics into clear, compelling storytelling. This is an ongoing, full-time remote role within the US or Canada, reporting to the Director of Communications and Social Media. What you'll do - Own daily social publishing, engagement and moderation across all channels - Create social-first copy and assets: memes, carousels, short-form video and infographics - Support product launches and campaigns alongside brand, product-marketing and creative teams - Run an employee advocacy program - Track KPIs and report with clear recommendations What we're looking for - 3+ years managing social channels and campaigns for a global brand (SaaS, enterprise tech or security) - Fluency with cybersecurity, identity or IT topics and audiences - An exceptional writer who can adapt tone for technical audiences - Cross-platform strategy and execution (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Reddit, Threads, Mastodon, Facebook) - Skilled at producing visual and short-form video content - Employee advocacy experience, ideally with Sprout Social - Comfortable interpreting social analytics and spotting trends early How it works Apply through iince with your portfolio or examples of social work.
