Senior Social & Community Manager (Music / Creator Platform) — Remote

An established creative platform for music producers is hiring a full-time Senior Social & Community Manager to own its voice across organic social and its Discord community. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in music production culture and can turn that instinct into content and community moments. What you'll do - Own organic social strategy and the publishing calendar end to end - Create and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and short-form video - Engage producers directly in comments, DMs and Discord - Manage and grow the Discord community - Run recurring programming such as beat battles and remix competitions - Track performance and report on channel and community health on a regular cadence - Grow the scope to additional brands over time What we're looking for - 5+ years managing social channels for a brand, artist, label or creator-facing company - Experience owning a multi-channel organic presence (not just one platform) - Hands-on experience running a Discord server or similar community space - Experience planning community programming (contests, challenges, competitions) - Native fluency across major social platforms and their editing/publishing tools - Comfort with social and community analytics, and turning data into decisions - You make music with a DAW and understand producer workflows How it works You apply through iince.
