The brief
A growing local small business is looking for an experienced, proactive Community Manager to run its Instagram and Facebook on a monthly basis. The goal is to strengthen its digital presence, grow interaction with a local audience, and attract new customers through relevant content and geo-targeted strategies.
What you'll do
- Create and schedule high-quality content adapted to each platform (images, video, text)
- Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs, and encourage interaction
- Develop and run follower-growth and engagement strategies with a local focus
- Track relevant trends and hashtags for the niche and location
- Analyze metrics and deliver a monthly performance report
