Instagram Social Media Manager for an LGBT-Focused Law Practice — Remote (Project)

An LGBT-focused law practice is building a warm, professional Instagram presence to reach people who are searching for trustworthy legal support. You'll shape the look and voice of the account and turn it into a channel that brings in genuine enquiries. What you'll do: - Design an attractive, cohesive Instagram feed that reflects the practice's values - Produce informative posts about its legal services, such as family law, name and gender rectification, and discrimination or violence cases - Write engaging captions and build a relevant hashtag strategy to widen organic reach - Plan content and keep the account active and on-brand What we're looking for: - Experience managing Instagram for businesses, ideally in the legal sector or LGBT-focused organisations - Graphic design skills for clean, appealing posts - A solid understanding of LGBT legal topics and rights so content stays accurate and respectful - A portfolio of accounts you've managed, plus a short strategy idea for this project How it works: This is a project-based engagement and the working language is Portuguese, for a Brazilian audience.
