Instagram Growth & Content Manager — Remote (Monthly)

A growing brand wants a social-savvy manager to run its Instagram day to day, lift follower count and reach, and keep everything on-brand. You'll own the full cycle — planning, production, scheduling, community management and reporting. What you'll do: - Plan a monthly content calendar balancing reels, photo/carousel posts and interactive stories - Produce content end to end: scripting and captions, editing, on-brand graphics, trending audio and hashtag strategy - Schedule with native tools or a planner such as Later, Buffer or Creator Studio - Manage the community: reply to comments and DMs and engage proactively with relevant accounts - Report every two weeks on follower gains, impressions, reach and top-performing content, with clear next steps What we're looking for: - A track record of growing Instagram communities with reels, carousels and interactive stories - Strong content production skills and a sense for on-brand visuals - Comfort with scheduling tools and hashtag strategy - Reliable, data-informed reporting How it works: Ongoing monthly engagement with a mapped first-month calendar and measurable milestones from day one.
