The brief
A boutique digital production studio that runs its own and client projects across several sectors is hiring freelance community managers to professionally manage one account — with the chance to add a second if the collaboration goes well. The work is end-to-end organic social: curation, content creation, publishing, light community management and monthly reporting.
What you'll do
- Curate content: trends, references and topic research
- Create content: copy, simple designs, carousels and basic template reels
- Publish and schedule on Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and Facebook
- Handle basic community management
- Deliver a monthly report with key metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
- Keep a cadence of roughly 3 posts per week up to 1 per day per network, per the editorial calendar
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a community manager or social media freelancer
- A portfolio with real examples (copy, designs, reels or campaigns)
- Tools: Canva, Figma, and Metricool or Meta Business Suite
- Native Spanish
- Individual freelancers (not agencies)

- With an account, your details and passed tests are reused; only missing tests are taken.
- We review every application personally and introduce the best fits to the client by email.
