Community Manager (Instagram) — Digital Education Platform, Remote

A Colombian digital education platform — teaching practical skills to freelancers and independent professionals — is building its social media presence ahead of a paid product launch. We're looking for a Community Manager to take full ownership of its Instagram account. What you'll do - Plan a weekly content strategy aligned to the brand's existing content pillars - Manage Instagram end to end: carousels, reels, static posts and stories - Write persuasive, educational copy with a clear purpose behind every post - Design clean, professional visuals in Canva (Pro) or Adobe - Publish 3-4 posts per week at the best times for a Colombian audience - Reply to basic comments (the client handles DMs) What we're looking for - At least 1 year managing brand social accounts (not personal profiles) - A portfolio with real cases and measurable results - Strategic copywriting and clean, professional design - Strategic thinking: understanding why a piece of content is published, not just what - Experience with educational brands, professional services or B2B is a plus How it works - The first month runs as a paid trial, then renews monthly; 100% remote - You propose a weekly content calendar; the client approves before publishing; you design, publish and keep it on track - Communication is quick and direct - Apply through iince.
