The brief
An established SaaS SEO agency is hiring an experienced Brand Content Manager to own its content strategy end to end — from ideation through distribution across its website, off-site, and social media channels. You'll lead a team of creatives, keep the content calendar on track, and drive production that attracts and converts leads.
What you'll do
- Develop and run a comprehensive content strategy across the website, off-site, and social channels
- Build and maintain a streamlined content calendar that keeps the whole team on track
- Manage and coordinate a team of creatives — writers, graphic designers, web developers and social media
- Drive content production that attracts and converts leads
- Run content audits, review analytics and search performance, and apply SEO best practices with the in-house SEO and outreach teams
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of content management experience in an international setting
- Proven people-management experience (writers, designers, social team)
- Exceptional writing and editing, with strong organizational skills
- Hands-on with CMS and analytics tools — WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
- Firm grasp of UX and on-page conversion rate optimisation, plus solid SEO fundamentals
- Strong written and spoken English; confident with internal and external stakeholders
- Bonus: web design basics (HTML5/CSS3/JS), basic graphic design, and project tools like Asana
How it works
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8.5 hours/day (incl. a 30-min break), flexible start between 7:30-10:00 UK time
- Remote, as an independent contractor; salary paid gross, so you handle your own local tax
- Paid holidays and sick days begin after a paid 3-month probation
- Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a good fit, introduce you to the client.
