Travel Support Specialist (Entry-Level) - Remote (US)

A US travel company is hiring an entry-level, full-time Travel Support Specialist to work remotely. You'll help clients with travel-related questions, support reservation coordination and keep the booking experience smooth from start to finish. No prior travel experience is required - structured onboarding and guided training are provided. What you'll do - Respond to client questions about travel options, reservations and itineraries - Coordinate and confirm bookings for hotels, cruises and vacation packages - Review travel details for accuracy - Provide updates to clients before and after travel - Keep organized records of client interactions What we're looking for - Strong written and verbal communication - A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail - Comfort using online systems and digital platforms - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Previous customer service, hospitality or administrative experience is helpful but not required How it works Apply through iince.
