The brief
iince is hiring on behalf of an established, purpose-driven customer-experience company in Metro Manila, Philippines, for a full-time, on-site Technical Support Representative. You'll support a client account, resolving customer concerns and troubleshooting website and technical issues.
What you'll do
- Field customer inquiries and resolve complaints about the client's products and services
- Troubleshoot the client's website using JavaScript (installation and performance)
- Address technical concerns involving HTML/CSS
- Collaborate with internal teams and the client; document and escalate as needed
- Deliver clear, professional support end to end
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of technical support experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting JavaScript installation and performance on websites
