The brief

A busy helpdesk is looking for a tier-1 technical support agent to resolve real user problems quickly and clearly. The focus is hands-on troubleshooting — connectivity, device pairing and account access — rather than general customer-service chit-chat. You'll work tickets as they arrive over chat, email or voice, document each step, and help improve the knowledge base over time. Fully remote, hourly, open to candidates worldwide. What you'll do: - Diagnose and resolve connectivity, device and hardware faults across chat, email and voice - Guide users through account-access recovery, password resets and two-factor issues - Run remote sessions with AnyDesk or TeamViewer when needed - Manage and document tickets in Zendesk; escalate via Slack - Feed recurring problems back into the knowledge base What we're looking for: - Solid tier-1 troubleshooting of internet, device and login problems - Prior experience in a BPO or dedicated tech-support environment - Clear, step-by-step documentation habits - Comfort with cloud tools (Zendesk, AnyDesk/TeamViewer, Slack) - Helpful: your typical ticket volume and first-contact-resolution rate How it works: - Onboarding starts with a short knowledge-base walkthrough, then live tickets under light supervision until both sides are confident for the full queue. - Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a fit, introduce you directly to the client.
