Junior Customer Support Agent (Spanish/English) - Online Gaming Platform, Remote

An online gaming and betting platform is hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Junior Customer Support Agent. You'll respond quickly to players over live chat and other channels, helping them with account registration, deposits, withdrawals, promotions and general questions about the platform. This is tier-1 support: resolve common issues and escalate the complex ones. What you'll do - Answer player questions in real time via live chat and other support channels - Help with account registration, deposits, withdrawals and promotions - Follow company procedures and keep accurate records of every interaction - Resolve common issues and escalate complex cases to the right team What we're looking for - Fluent Spanish and English, with excellent written communication in both - At least 1-2 years of customer service experience - Friendly, patient and responsible, with a willingness to learn - Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile apps - Full-time availability, 6 days a week, on a rotating schedule How it works Apply through iince.
