Inbound Customer Support Specialist — Healthcare (Phone & CRM, Remote US)

iince is hiring on behalf of a US-based customer-experience company that supports a healthcare client. This is a full-time, fully remote Inbound Customer Support Specialist role focused on helping callers get set up and book care. What you'll do - Answer inbound calls from the healthcare client's customers - Help customers create accounts and navigate the website - Assist with scheduling first appointments with a provider - Answer questions, solve problems and document each interaction in the CRM - Escalate complex cases to senior team members and hit customer-satisfaction goals What we're looking for - A genuine desire to help people and solve problems - Clear written and verbal English communication - Reliability during scheduled shift hours - Quick to learn new systems and processes; comfortable with computer software - A flexible team player How it works Full-time and fully remote, open to applicants residing in select US states. Training runs weekdays 9am-6pm ET; the ongoing schedule may shift with business needs. Pay is $17.16/hour plus benefits (medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, retirement).
