Customer Success Associate - Clean Energy / Demand Response, Remote (US)

A clean-energy company that runs demand-response programs - helping commercial and industrial customers earn money from their operational flexibility in US energy markets - is hiring a full-time, remote Customer Success Associate. You'll be the customer's main point of contact and own onboarding from signed contract to a live, earning site. What you'll do - Own the project management of onboarding, with a goal of getting each site live in under 100 days - Move data collection, market registrations, hardware installation and testing forward - Act as the customer's main point of contact, keeping them informed and setting clear expectations - Coordinate across sales, field engineering, market operations and dispatch teams What we're looking for - A bright, gritty, service-oriented attitude - Solid project management and coordination skills - Confidence owning the customer relationship and setting expectations - Interest in a cleaner-energy future and comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment How it works Apply through iince.
