Customer Service Representative — Remote (US, Telehealth)

An established US virtual-care (telehealth) company is hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints across several channels. You'll answer inbound calls, give accurate information between customers and the operating systems, handle billing and collection questions, and make sure inquiries are resolved on time. This is general customer service for a healthcare brand — not e-commerce order operations. What you'll do: - Answer client calls, identify needs and respond professionally and efficiently - Provide accurate, complete information between customers and internal systems - Address billing and collection questions - Resolve complaints within time limits and follow up to confirm satisfaction - Maintain consistent customer-satisfaction scores What we're looking for: - High school diploma, GED or equivalent - Ability to stay calm with stressed or upset customers - Comfortable using computers - Prior customer-support experience - Professional phone and written communication How it works: - Ongoing full-time remote role on US hours. - Apply through iince.
