The brief
We are building a customer support and specialised-support team for a cryptocurrency investment platform operating in the Latin American market. You will help users understand the platform and its crypto investment products, and resolve the technical and operational issues they run into. Support spans live chat, email and phone, and all work is in Spanish.
What you'll do
- Handle user queries across live chat, email and phone
- Resolve technical and operational problems
- Give clear, accurate information about how the platform and its crypto investment products work
- Deliver a patient, high-quality user experience
What we're looking for
- Solid knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, blockchain and basic digital-investment principles
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience and a focus on excellent user experience
- Availability to support customers across different time slots
