Wix App Usability Tester — Remote, Chrome & Safari (Desktop), No-Code

A business running several customer-facing apps built on Wix wants an external tester to walk through them exactly as a real shopper would. This is pure usability testing on the web (desktop) versions — no coding and no mobile devices required. What you'll do - Work through the key user journeys (product search, add-to-cart, checkout, account creation and a few edge cases) as a genuine end user - Run every scenario in both Google Chrome and Safari on desktop to confirm a consistent experience - Capture anything confusing, clunky or unintuitive with screenshots or short screen recordings (voice notes welcome), plus written notes - Produce a clear, organised report a developer can act on directly What we're looking for - Hands-on usability testing experience — comfortable putting yourself in a real user's shoes - Ability to test reliably in both Chrome and Safari on desktop - Clear written communication and tidy, well-structured reporting - Recent experience with Wix-based stores or similar site builders is a plus How it works - The client shares a test plan covering the key journeys; you execute each one in both browsers and back every issue with at least one piece of evidence - Acceptance: all journeys run in both browsers and all issues documented clearly - Hourly, remote engagement; the rate is agreed with the client before you start - Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a good fit, introduce you to the client.
