The brief
A growing European startup is looking for a usability specialist to test its website and deliver a UX/UI audit and conversion review. The goal is to find design flaws and friction that cost conversions, then recommend clear fixes - including a full walkthrough of the checkout process. No coding required; this is evaluation and feedback work.
What you'll do
- Run an in-depth UX/UI and conversion audit of the website
- Identify usability friction points and places where users drop off
- Test and verify the complete checkout process (a 100% test discount code is provided so you can complete a real checkout)
- Deliver a structured, annotated report with examples and proposed fixes
What we're looking for
- A sharp eye for UI design and user psychology
- Proven experience running thorough website usability audits
- Ability to produce a clear, actionable, annotated report
- No development skills needed - this is review and recommendation work
