Manual QA Tester - Sports Booking & Payment Flow (Web, Remote)

A multi-sport booking platform - court reservations, tournament entry and memberships - is preparing its next release and wants a careful tester to go through the booking and payment journey end to end. What you'll do: - Test the full booking funnel: registration, profile pages, reservations, tournament entry and memberships - Validate every payment path: successful, failed, cancelled and refunded transactions, plus discount codes and split payments - Click through all buttons and flows to surface functional and usability issues - Run everything on desktop and mobile web browsers (responsive view); native apps are out of scope - Write a concise test plan and log defects in a spreadsheet with repro steps, severity and browser/device specs - Re-test after fixes to confirm each issue is resolved What we're looking for: - Solid manual QA, website or usability testing experience (no automation required) - A track record testing booking and payment flows - Clear, reproducible defect reporting and good communication - Familiarity with racket sports is a nice-to-have How it works: Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a good fit, we introduce you to the client. This is a fixed-price project with clear deliverables and a quick turnaround.
