The brief
We're building a roster of detail-obsessed manual testers for crowdtesting projects on websites, mobile apps and games. Each project gives you a defined scope of a real product to explore; your job is to break it, document what went wrong, and hand developers everything they need to fix it. This is manual, exploratory and functional testing on real devices - no automation or coding needed.
What you'll do
- Explore assigned features and user flows to uncover functional, visual and usability bugs
- Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps, expected vs. actual results, and screenshots or video
- Submit reproductions and structured test cases when requested
- Test across the phones, tablets and computers you own
What we're looking for
- 18+ with a sharp eye for detail and the patience to dig
- Able to write crisp, reproducible reports in clear English
- Access to real devices across operating systems
- Reliable, deadline-aware, and comfortable following a defined test scope
How it works
- Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a good fit, introduce you to the product team running the testing.
- Work is project-based ("test cycles"): you receive invitations matched to your devices and profile and are paid for each valid, approved bug or task.
- Your approved work builds your reputation and earns more invitations over time.
How applying works
- Your profile and the short skill tests for this role, about twenty minutes the first time.
- With an account, your details and passed tests are reused; only missing tests are taken.
- We review every application personally and introduce the best fits to the client by email.
