The brief
A website / web-application owner is looking for a part-time manual tester to find usability, functional, UI and UX issues and report them clearly. This is manual exploratory and usability testing - no coding required.
What you'll do:
- Test functionality, navigation, forms, links, buttons, responsiveness and user flows
- Work across multiple browsers and screen sizes
- Deliver a detailed Excel report: each issue with evidence/screenshots, steps to reproduce, severity and recommendations
What we're looking for:
- Previous website / web-application testing experience
- A good grasp of usability and UX principles
- Comfortable testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Clear written English and tidy, structured reporting
How it works:
Apply through iince with your testing experience, the types of testing you've done, sample work, your hourly rate, weekly availability and the browsers, devices and tools you use. We review every application and introduce strong testers to the client. Ongoing, part-time / hourly work assigned as needed, usually starting with a small trial assignment to check quality.
