The brief
A remote-first AI data company that partners with leading AI research labs is growing its network of AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts. You review AI-generated outputs and judge them against safety, fairness and ethical-alignment standards — this is evaluation and content-rating work, not engineering.
What you'll do
- Review AI-generated content across many topics and classify it against compliance criteria such as accuracy, bias and potential harm
- Identify misleading, inappropriate or non-compliant outputs
- Write structured, well-reasoned feedback that clearly explains your judgments
- Apply the evaluation guidelines consistently across diverse scenarios
What we're looking for
- A strong critical thinker who can assess nuanced content objectively
- Genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy or responsible technology
- Clear, structured writing that makes complex judgments easy to follow
- Detail-oriented and consistent; comfortable working asynchronously on your own schedule
- No prior AI, policy or compliance experience required — a background in ethics, philosophy, law or social science is a plus
