AI Music Trainer — Audio Engineer for AI-Generated Music Evaluation (Remote, Spanish MX)

A leading AI research lab is building its music capabilities and needs an experienced audio engineer or music producer to evaluate AI-generated songs. You rate AI music across genres and label its musical characteristics, helping to train and improve the models. The work is rating and annotation — no coding or model-building. What you'll do: - Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality and production/mix quality - Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals and other musical characteristics - Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy - Work independently to meet project deadlines What we're looking for: - Native or near-native Mexican Spanish, plus the ability to follow instructions in English - 2+ years as a music producer, audio engineer or mixing engineer - Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening - Preferred: formal training in music performance/theory/composition, credited or commercially released production work, and broad familiarity with contemporary Mexican Spanish-language genres and artists How it works: - Remote contract up to 6 months, 20+ hours a week, flexible and asynchronous, immediate start - The application takes about 20-30 minutes and includes a short bilingual (Spanish) competency step - Apply through iince.
