The brief
A research team is building a dataset of real-world macOS workflows to feed an AI pipeline. You record yourself completing everyday Mac tasks — writing an email, working in a spreadsheet and similar — with on-screen mouse clicks and keystrokes clearly visible, then trim each clip. This is clean data-collection work; no coding required, just tidy, well-labeled recordings.
What you'll do:
- Record a series of typical macOS tasks you're comfortable performing
- Make sure every mouse click and keystroke is visible on screen
- Trim each clip to remove dead time, retries and slips so it plays straight through
- Export in a standard format (MP4 or MOV, 1080p minimum)
- Name each file after the task it shows (e.g. "drafting_email.mp4")
What we're looking for:
- Access to a macOS machine
- Screen-recording skills (QuickTime, OBS, ScreenFlow or similar)
- Clean, smooth trimming and attention to pacing
- Reliable, well-organised file delivery
