AI Trainer (Generalist) — Remote, Improve LLM Responses, Flexible Hours

An AI research and model-training company is building a pool of sharp generalists to help improve how large language models respond. The work is 100% remote and flexible — you decide how much you take on, and no coding is required for this track. What you'll do - Write clear, complex prompts that test and stretch AI models - Evaluate multi-turn conversations and rate the quality of AI responses - Check that answers are accurate, logical, unbiased, culturally aware and grammatically clean - Give structured feedback that helps the model improve What we're looking for - Strong general knowledge and excellent written English - Sharp critical thinking and the ability to explain complex ideas simply - Reliable internet and the self-discipline to work independently - No coding or technical background needed for this generalist track — intellectual curiosity matters most - You must be based in one of: Australia, Canada, Switzerland, UK, Ireland, New Zealand or the US How it works - Pay is $40–$75 per hour, depending on your expertise and task complexity, with reliable weekly payouts (via PayPal) - Ongoing contract work on a flexible, as-much-or-as-little basis; you set your own hours - Apply through iince.
