The brief

We're working with an AI data-operations team that collects real-world video to train AI. We're looking for providers, agencies and field teams across Latin America to record first-person (egocentric) video of real workers in commercial workplaces. Accepted settings include mechanic shops, construction sites, plumbing and electrical work, commercial kitchens, warehouses, manufacturing plants, retail, commercial cleaning and hotels - no homes or residential locations. The deliverable is QC-approved footage; no coding is involved. What you'll do - Film first-person video with the phone head-mounted on the forehead at about 45 degrees downward, hands and fingers clearly visible while handling objects - Record in 1080p or higher, horizontal, in clips of 1-30 minutes, capturing real work while standing or walking - Secure workplace permission and the consent of everyone filmed; keep confidential documents, screens and restricted areas out of frame What we're looking for - Compatible phones: iPhone 12-17 (excluding 16e/17e), Google Pixel 6-9, or Samsung Galaxy S21-S24; plus a head mount - Access to commercial workplaces where you have filming permission - Skills in videography and video production; organised project management - Reliable, quality-focused field recording How it works When you apply, tell us the countries and workplace types where you have filming permission, the number of workers and phone models available, a realistic estimate of recording hours over 15 days, any prior data-collection experience, and your USD rate per approved hour (applications without a rate can't be considered). Pay is per hour of footage approved in quality control, and selected providers run a small pilot before any scale-up. Apply through iince - we review every application and introduce strong fits to the client.
