The brief
A team building training data for large language models is looking for careful writers to create and review short question-and-answer pairs. This is classic AI-training work: you draft natural example answers and rate or correct model-generated drafts. Strong English and solid fact-checking matter; no coding is involved.
What you'll do:
- Draft concise, accurate answers to everyday questions (usually 1-3 sentences)
- Review AI-generated drafts for accuracy, readability and a natural tone
- Fact-check names, dates and figures against reliable open sources
- Flag and rewrite awkward or "robotic" phrasing
- Keep a change log of corrections and note common issues you observe
What we're looking for:
- Strong written English with a clear, human voice
- Fast, careful fact-checking and attention to detail
- Neutral, opinion-free writing unless the prompt asks otherwise
- Comfortable working in shared Google Sheets and a simple web interface
- Familiarity with Grammarly or similar tools is a plus, not required
- Curiosity about how AI models are trained
How it works:
- Work is sent in batches with deadlines; you deliver completed Q&A entries plus a short note on corrections
- Fixed-price project, with ongoing batches likely for strong contributors
- Apply through iince. We review every application and, when you're a good fit, we introduce you directly to the client.
